The application doesn't commit you to joining the retreat. It simply helps me get to know you, understand what you're hoping to experience, and hear any questions or concerns you may have.

I also love connecting personally with prospective participants before confirming a booking. This gives us a chance to meet, discuss your intentions, and make sure the retreat feels like a good fit for you.

Following your application or call, I'll be in touch to discuss available accommodation options and guide you through reserving your space.

Reserving Your Space:

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. This amount counts toward your total retreat fee, and no additional payment is required upfront to begin the booking process.

Payment Plans

With Earth Spirit Rising approaching, we'll confirm a payment schedule with you when you book.

Your remaining balance will depend on your accommodation choice and the agreed payment arrangement. If you'd like to join us but have questions about timing your payments, please reach out. I'm happy to discuss the options available.

Cancellation policy:

We understand that plans can change, and want you to feel clear about the commitment you're making before booking your place.

The original cancellation policy for this retreat was:

  • Before October 15, 2026: A full refund, minus the $300 non-refundable deposit.

  • Before November 30, 2026: A refund of 50% of the accommodation fee, minus the $300 deposit.

  • After November 30, 2026: No refunds are available.

As these original deadlines are approaching or have passed, the cancellation terms for new bookings will be confirmed with you in writing before your deposit is paid. This way, you'll know exactly what to expect and can make your decision with confidence.
