How to Register:
Please fill out a retreat application form or schedule an alignment call with Phoenix to proceed.
Filling out the form in no way commits you to joining the retreat, but it will help us get to know your intentions, desires, and any concerns you may have. It’s also the first step towards you landing in Guatemalan paradise!
Being invested in this community and cultivating a safe space for all means that I want to touch base with each individual personally before accepting the first payment installment.
Following this contact (form or call), Phoenix will reach out to you so you can select your housing option of choice and make your initial deposit of $300.
This $300 deposit is non-refundable, and counts as a portion of your total fee. It’s all you need to pay upfront.
How the Payment Plan Works:
By securing your $300 deposit before August 15th, you will lock in the Early Bird Rate.
We have organized future payments in installments for your ease.
The first payment will be for half of your total fee (depending on housing choice), due on September 15th.
Final payment and the second half of your accommodation fee will be due on November 1st.
Cancellation policy:
Cancel before October 15th and receive a full refund minus the $300 deposit.
Cancel before November 30th and receive 50% of your accommodation fee back (minus the $300 deposit).
Cancellations after November 30th, 2026 are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
