I specialize in helping all those desiring, or curious about an alternate path. Working together to align my clients with their inner truth and gradually transform and shake up the stories that prevent them from taking the path less expressed in our society. The one that is right for them!

What you can expect

I am a love, sex, relationship, and empowerment coach trained in the VITA: "The Vital and Intigrated Tantric Approach" methodology. 

What the VITA methodology entails:

Through the powerful combination of holistic tools like breathwork, pleasure practices, trauma healing, meditative practices, energy work, sounding, and movement, this method offers a completely unique approach to healing and awakening sexuality. 

In a session together we gain clarity on what you truly desire in your life. We can focus on the realms of love, dating, empowerment, sexuality, or confidence and then use somatic exploration to discover what is beneath the surface; beneath what your mind is aware of. Our bodies hold onto many things from the past and we can gain so much wisdom by engaging in this kind of exploration. Often there is so much that your conscious mind is unaware of. By bringing awareness and acceptance to things we’ve been taught to suppress in ourselves we can pave a pathway toward healing and ultimately thriving.

    Finding love and community can be challenging when you are on the road. Loneliness and a sense of lack of security can be overwhelming. With 3+ years of experience as a digital nomad I have been there and in addition to our somatic work together to build clarity on what you desire, I can offer many tips and tricks for how to engage in community and seek love while on the road.

My personal experience with all of these alternative ways of living has helped me to understand that having support while walking these societally divergent walks is so valuable.
No matter which direction you choose in life, I want to assist in championing you on your way.
