Weather Permitting!! Sometimes October can be testy. If there’s any chance of inclement weather and we have to cancel class, you will get a refund on your ticket.

Two Saturdays each month, Ashley will be guiding an hour long vinyasa practice that is open to all levels; 10:30am - 11:30am. She has just returned from teaching abroad in Nicaragua and is bringing lots of enthusiastic energy to the outdoor studio space and your movement practice.

Please bring:
*your own yoga mat
*desired props
*water bottle
*sunscreen (there are shaded, and unshaded spaces on the patio. Be prepared, or come early to get the spot you desire).

$6 cocktails will be available after class to any yogi that participated in our morning session. YUM!

Try to arrive early as parking is street parking, and at times is unpredictable.
