All Levels Vinyasa is a class that welcomes all levels of students to the teaching and development of the yoga practice.
Vinyasa yoga is a practice that emphasizes movement between poses, and is typically accompanied by regulated breathing. A method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath.
One movement one breath.
“Vinyasa” is derived from the Sanskrit term nyasa, which means “to place,” and the prefix vi, “in a special way”—as in the arrangement of notes in a raga, the steps along a path to the top of a mountain, or the linking of one asana to the next.
