Wednesday Wind-Down Yoga @ Ahimsa

A Hatha Yoga style practice. Class will begin with getting you out of your mind and into your body by connecting breath to movement. Once you feel warm in your body we will start to wind down into deep stretching and finish with a cozy, 10-minute savasana.

This will be my first day subbing and teaching at Ahimsa Yoga! Come and visit the gorgeous and cozy space.
