Keiko Barringer and I came together to create some beautiful Yoga, Acupuncture, and Sound Bath events in Denver, Colorado.

We focused them on the eight celebrations of the Wheel of the Year that include the Equinoxes, Solstices, and the four cyclical moments in between. Always centered around our connection to the Earth and the seasons.
