Join us for an intimate, 3-hour experience of cacao, live drumming, and guided shamanic journeying.
We gather the day after the full moon, a time to soften, integrate, and listen more deeply within.
An opportunity to come together in circle, in community, just after the full moon, and open our connection to the earth and spirit.
CACAO
Cacao is known as the food of the gods. When we come together to drink cacao, we invite an opening of the heart and emotions. An expansion into deeper connection with self and spirit through this incredible plant medicine.
There will be information shared about cacao, its origin, history, and more, to bring a sense of reverence and understanding to its significance.
We will have space to journal after cacao, before embarking on our journey into the spirit realm.
Shamanic Journey
Shamanic journeys into other states of consciousness have been practiced across the world in many ancient societies. Many of us have lost connection to this practice and this wisdom.
After years of personal practice, Phoenix will guide you with a clear explanation of how to journey. There will be an opportunity to seek answers to questions, even big life questions. When we enter altered states of consciousness, these answers can become more accessible.
There is a possibility of encountering spirit animals, as we will be exploring the lower realm.
This earth-honoring, spirit-honoring tradition is similar to a visualization meditation. You will be lying down, with eyes closed or optionally covered, while Phoenix drums for the duration of the journey using a drum made by her own hands.
Whether this is your first time or you are experienced with journeying, this is a beautiful opportunity to deepen your connection with the earth and spirit.
