Join me for an evening of deep listening, inner exploration, and connection beneath the energy of the Full Moon.

Shamanic journeying is an ancient practice found in many cultures around the world. Guided by the steady rhythm of the drum, you'll be invited into a meditative state where intuition, symbolism, and inner wisdom can become more accessible.

During our time together you will be guided through a traditional drum journey with space to:

• Receive insight and guidance

• Connect with compassionate helping spirits, ancestors, or aspects of your own inner wisdom (according to your own beliefs and experience)

• Gain clarity around a question or intention

• Deepen your relationship with yourself

• Reflect and integrate your experience in a supportive community

No previous experience with meditation or shamanic journeying is necessary.

Simply bring an open mind, a comfortable place to lie down or sit, a journal, and anything that helps you feel grounded such as a blanket, candle, or meaningful object.
