Event Description:
We put so much pressure on ourselves — to say the right thing, to do the right thing. Our minds often get in the way, clouded by self-judgment and inner criticism.
This playshop is an invitation to release all of that.
To move, speak, and simply be — just as you are.
To let go of perfection, to embrace the beauty in our mistakes, and to soften the inner voice that holds us back.
When we empty the mind, we open the channel — to divine creativity, to intuitive truth, to connection with something greater than ourselves.
Through spontaneity, we return to the wisdom of the heart.
This playshop offers a safe, playful container for authentic expression, sacred exploration, and embodied liberation.

We’ll begin by grounding into our bodies and the space.
From there, we’ll explore spontaneous voice and movement practices to help us drop the mind and follow authentic expression.
Through guided partner witnessing, playful improvisation, and collective group practices, we’ll unlock the joy of being seen, heard, and felt — just as we are.
We’ll close with sound and stillness to land and integrate the experience.

About your guide
Your facilitator, Ashley “Phoenix” Hunter, is an international yoga and embodiment retreat leader, conscious event creator, and somatic, trauma-informed coach specializing in love, radiance, and authentic connection. With years of experience as a movement guide, space holder, and artist, she enjoys creating spaces where healing and play, depth and freedom, can coexist.
Rooted in reverence for the natural world and attuned to the unseen, Phoenix is ever evolving, ever listening — devoted to helping others return to their truth, their body, and their sacred creative spark.
