Where: Sloan’s Lake, Denver: The south side - park in the Utica Street parking lot, then walk straight into the grass. You’ll see us there likely under the shade of some trees.

Who: Class lead by Ashley Hunter, a 500hr certified international yoga teacher that specializes in hatha/vinyasa style flows that connect you with the natural world, yourself, and spirit.
Why: This class is to build inner fortitude and peace. In a chaotic world, we need to continue to come home and ground. This is an offering to do just that.
